- Village Attachment Programme: Conducted with IIPA, this programme has provided over 196 Assistant Section Officers a deep understanding of rural complexities, enabling them to formulate and implement more empathetic and realistic policies.
- Integrated Village Plans: Capacity building of local governments and institutions in Madhya Pradesh led to the development and district-level approval of integrated climate-adaptive plans.
- TARAgram Yatra: An annual multi-stakeholder event showcasing best practices in eco-habitat development and social innovation.

- 1.Development of an E-toolkit for community radios to enhance climate change communication in Himalayan regions.
